Combat Cancer and Health Hubs Technical Assistance (TA)

Combat Cancer TA and Health Hubs TA are two critical components of the Healthy Hometowns initiative that will help Iowa HHS build a hub-and-spoke network aimed at expanding support of hospitals statewide and keeping care local for Iowans in rural communities. 

This Learning Management System will serve as a centralized location to access all resources supporting education, engagement, and Technical Assistance throughout this initiative.
