For Health Hubs, Iowa health care organizations, providers, and community partners interested in developing or supporting Health Hub-and-Spoke models may access the Learning Management System. Resources focus on priority areas including maternal and child health, cardiovascular health, mental and behavioral health, and chronic disease prevention and management.

For Combat Cancer, we welcome and encourage all Iowa groups who support rural cancer prevention and care to use our resources.
